Each person needs a completed form upon check-in. It may be mailed to IRPFC in c/o Nancy Skubal, 3189 223rd St., Ainsworth IA 52201 before July 20, or brought to camp.

The waterslide waiver basically says, “use at your own risk.” Please read it here. The form to sign will be available at registration. You must sign to be able to enjoy the slide. It is important to keep your arms folded on your chest as you go down the slide. Our camp managers will do their best to inspect the slide before use.
